Placing and order
Browse our catalogue, select your desired items, and proceed to checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate to avoid any delays. Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details.
NOTE: For orders placed outside of Johannesburg, we use florists in supporting areas. The florist will ensure that the overall style and colours of the arrangement are preserved.
Substitutions
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers may be necessary due to factors beyond our control, such as seasonal availability or supply chain issues. The florist will ensure that the overall style and colours of the arrangement are preserved. Any substitutions will be made with items of equal or higher value to maintain the quality and aesthetics of the arrangement.

We strive to use the freshest flowers available and guarantee that each arrangement is crafted with care and attention to detail. Should you have any concerns about the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Payment
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Peach Payments, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
Payment Security: All transactions are processed securely by Peach Payments. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery services within Johannesburg and all major cities in South Africa. Please refer to our delivery policy for more details on delivery times and locations. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Cancellation and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled up to 36 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 36 hours before delivery.
In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within hours of delivery to discuss a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
